Falcon Ridge On-Road And Off-Road Tire Warranty
This warranty applies to the original owner and purchaser of new Falcon Ridge tires that are believed to have a defect in material and/or workmanship within a five-year period from the date of production. The warranty is void if the damage is due to improper inflation, running flat, fire, accident, malicious mischief, improper use, overloading, road hazards, punctures, cuts, snags, hard impacts, or irregular wear due to improper alignment. Weather cracking on tires that are more than four years from the date of production is not covered.

Falcon Ridge does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of the use of the vehicle, cost of towing or transportation, or consequential damage of any type or nature. Any implied warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to five years.

Falcon Ridge Limited Wheel Warranty
Falcon Ridge wheels have a warranty on the finish for one year from the date of purchase and a five-year warranty for structural failures from the date of initial purchase.

How To Make A Claim
The original purchaser of the Falcon Ridge tires or wheels should contact Falcon Ridge within the warranty period and notify us of any defect and provide any verification of a defect that may be reasonably requested. The wheels and/or tires must have been installed and maintained in accordance with good industry standards and any Falcon Ridge recommendations.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation or use, improper wheel nut torque, or use in racing applications.

Limitations
In all cases, Falcon Ridge reserves the right to fully satisfy its obligations under the Limited Warranty by refunding the then-current list price of the defective tire or wheel, or a comparable product. This warranty is non-transferable.
